To be qualified for our inventory, a matched plasma & buffy set must be:

  • Collected in EDTA or Streck tubes
  • Double-spun

Tissue products

We offer a variety of tissue-based products, including:

  • Tumor tissue blocks: from the majority of common cancer indications
  • Preferred normal tissue blocks: adrenal gland, skin, and other sites most commonly used for control tissue in oncology development

To be qualified for our inventory, a block must have:

  • 5mm2 tumor area or larger (average 85mm2)
  • 20% or more tumor inside the designated tumor area (average 56%)
  • 50% or less necrosis inside the designated tumor area (average 6%)
  • Block thickness of 1.5mm or more (average 2.2mm)

Longitudinal collections

Two time point longitudinal collections for colorectal, lung, and breast cancer.

Time point 1: pre-surgery fluid collection (plasma & buffy) with remnant tissue from resection surgery.

Time point 2: fluid-only collection (plasma & buffy) at 4-6 weeks post-surgery.

Data includes donor treatment details.
