FFPE tissue, plasma & buffy coat matched sets
Matched sets of plasma and buffy coat from healthy and oncology donors. Tumor and normal tissue are available as an add-on for most cases.
Tumor and normal FFPE blocks
Tumor tissue blocks and preferred normal tissue blocks, pathologist reviewed and run through our DNA QC process to ensure downstream compatibility for molecular applications.
Plasma, buffy coat & serum samples
Collected in EDTA or Streck tubes, double-spun, with a hemolysis score of less than 2. All biofluid alquoits are visually QCed and come in a range of volumes.
Stool & urine samples
Stool and urine samples collected in sterile containers, often with matched tissue and blood available.
